April 17 School Vacation Week
April 10-April 14 School Store Week
May 1, 6-7:30 Rescheduled: Cutler Open House
From the Principal:
Dear Cutler Families,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! It will be summer before the end of this week.
Last Thursday, Ivy the Very Determined Dog, a French Bulldog who is paralyzed from the waist down, came to Cutler School. Maureen Harrington, Ivy’s mom brought her, told her story and connected it to inspirational messages that can be applied to our students. These messages were about perseverance, being able to accomplish anything, and friendship. Maureen shared the picture book that she and her husband wrote about Ivy, and the students loved it. An extra special part of this story is that Ivy and her family moved to Wenham recently so she is our neighbor. I hope she comes to visit again soon!
When I started as principal of Cutler in July 2022, the Friends of Cutler immediately reached out about money that had been raised for playground equipment. I am happy to announce that this equipment will be installed this Thursday. This will be a wonderful addition for children to enjoy following vacation! Thank you to all of you for raising this money and contributing. I will share photos after it is installed.
Wishing you all a wonderful week, and a rejuvenating vacation.
Warmly,
Juliana
