News from The Health Office

While the state requires the consent form to present the three COVID testing strategies as a package, we will allow families to opt-out of a single strategy.

If you want to enroll in any part of the testing program, please complete this form and consent to participate in the program. To opt-out of a particular aspect of the program such as Pooled Testing please email the school nurse (l.nardella@hwschools.net) to let her know. We continue to encourage all students and staff to participate in our Pooled Testing program. This strategy is most effective when all community members partake in order to keep everyone safe in school.

Cutler School Free Little Library

Our Free Little Library, situated to the right of the main doors, is once again up and running! Please feel free to take a book should your child want one, and always, we are very happy to accept donations to the library.

Special thanks go to Jayden Jackson and his dad for sprucing up and fixing the little white house - it looks fabulous!

Cutler School Store

The school store is back! Students are invited to come to the school store any day during the week of October 18th. It will take place in the cafeteria beginning at 8:15 until the first bell. Lots of fun supplies will be available for purchase. There is a $3 spending limit and single bills are encouraged :)

Harvard Crimson Reading Program

We are excited to participate in the Harvard Crimson Reading Program. As a district, we have set a goal of reading 100,000 minutes in the month of October.  Harvard Student-Athletes will visit our classrooms as guest readers on Friday, October 22nd. families are invited to attend the Harvard-Dartmouth Football game on Saturday, October 30th. Please read this letter for more information.

A healthy addition to Cutler lunch!

Effective Immediately - The new elementary lunch alternative instead of a bagel is a protein box (assorted muffin, carrot pack, sliced apples, and a cheese stick).

Classroom Liaisons

We are still in need of your help as Classroom Liaisons! Each class in the school has two Classroom Liaisons. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in close partnership with your child's classroom teacher coordinating classroom events and supporting students and their caregivers throughout the year. This is a fun way to get involved with your student's class with minimal time commitment! Visit www.friendsofcutler.com and click on the banner on the home page to volunteer. Signups are extended until this Wednesday 10/6.
